RETURN PROCESS
Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Loopbrek purchase. If you encounter any manufacturing quality problems and wish to return the item, please contact us at support@loopbrek.com within 30 days upon receiving your package with your order number, reasons and photo proofs. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
RETURN POLICY
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
Items returned must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
Orders must be returned in the same country which they were originally purchased in.
All below items are non-returnable: Engraved and monogrammed products,Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment,Gift cards and Final sale items.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Loopbrek reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way,including but not limited to personalized or final sale items, and to return said items to the sender. Loopbrek is not responsible for return shipments that are rejected, re-directed or abandoned and will not issue a refund for the underlying item(s).
The processing of your item returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.Please allow 5–10 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
Please be noticed that the return shipping fee is not covered by Loopbrek. In addition, though our return policy is in full effect, your original shipping costs are not included as refundable.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received credit for your return yet, here's what to do:Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
I MISTAKENLY RETURNED THE WRONG ITEM!
Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Loopbrek cannot reship or store non-Loopbrek items mistakenly sent as returns.
