Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESS

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please allow extra 5-7 business days for custom orders.

SHIPPING TIME

For US orders, it usually takes 5-10 business days to receive the product after we processed the order. 
For orders outside of US, it usually takes 7-15 business days to receive the package.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

TRACKING

Login and head over to your Loopbrek account and select "Track My Order" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Shipping information usually will delay 1-2 days to get the update from courier service. If there is still no update, please kindly send us an email at support@loopbrek.com . Our team will always be here 24/7 to help you.

As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

DELIVERY

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. 

CAN I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER? OR CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please send us an email at support@loopbrek.com and we will do our best to support you.

MY ORDER IS DELAYED,WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

If your order is not processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will contact you with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!). WHAT HAPPENS IF I STILL NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER 30 DAYS?

Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.

WHAT DOES IN-STOCK,SHIPPING LATER AND MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN?

IN STOCK 

It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! In-Stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. In-stock engraved and monogrammed pieces take more time to get personalized, and typically ship within 8 business days from the purchase date.

SHIPPING  LATER

We don’t have it on hand yet, but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be shipped as soon as it’s available. The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

MADE TO ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
